American scientists have developed a quest that teaches children to eat right. An online game for nourishing eating behavior is called Squires Quest II and is designed for teenagers. Its goal is to stimulate the consumption of fruits and vegetables among players, and it seems that it works p>
To test the effectiveness of the quest, scientists conducted an experiment involving 400 children aged 10-11 years. Each of them was given the task to go through 10 levels of computer games, each of which contains tasks on proper nutrition and tips, how to overcome the existing eating habits. Players had to eat a certain amount of vegetables and fruits at certain times of the day and make notes about this in their account. As a result, 79% of the participants in the experiment fully achieved the goal and eventually fell in love with vegetables and fruits.
